Service feedback

I think that sermon was understandable for me.
The atmosphere was very different from young adult's service.

I started my day with a nice blue clear sky in the morning.
the sky was almost like that ^^^ it was just simply awesome!

then I got 4 periods of sleep. that would be 2 hours and 20 minutes of sleep and it was awesome even though i didn't listen in class. oh well... it was worthy the sacrifice of lessons.

oh oh lunch was the best part of that part of the day.
i had a nice big plate of hokkien noodle, a plate of oysters and 10+ prawns.
eating 10+ prawns is very tiring and you can take in as exercising because the air-con was lousy and there was so much shell to peel.

I woke up to a brand new day, thank god.
I got ready for church. We watch a movie 'Faith Like Potatoes'. Awesome stuff.

Started playing LAN at around 9 plus 10. We got pwned in dota, hahaha.
Caught the last 170 home then took 307E.

my Chinese passed! it was a really shocker when i saw that my Chinese pass.
my Sciences pass as normal.
my Maths pass as normal too.

My mother had only one eye.
I hated her embrace.

She used to cause me a lot of embarrassment.
She used to cook for the students and teachers to support the family.

One time when i was in middle school, she came to my class to say 'Hi' and check one me.
I was so embarrassed thinking ' How could she do this to me?!'.
I ignored her, look at her with hate and ran away from her.

My classmates started to make fun of me saying 'Haha. Your mother have only one eye.'.
I felt like burying myself at that time and hoping for my mother to disappear forever.
So I faced her on that day saying ' If you want to make farce of me... why don't you die!'.
She remained on silence and she didn't say a word.
I never thought of what I had said because I was going to explode from anger.
I ignored her feelings.

I wanted to leave the house and I wanted to have nothing to do with her.
So I started to study hard, until i had the a chance to leave the country.

After that, I got married and I bought a house overseas and stayed there.
I got a couple of children and I made my own family.
I was happy with my new life.
I was happy with my children.
I was relaxed.

One day, my mother came to visit me.
She haven't seen me in a few years.
Also, she had never seen her grandchildren.
When she stood in front of my door, my children started to laugh at her.
I screamed at her because she didn't tell me that she was coming and said ' How dare you come to my house and scare my children?! GET OUT NOW!'.
She answered me with a sweet voice ' Maybe I got the wrong address.'

After that time my mother disappeared.

One day, a letter for a school reunion came to my house.
I had to lie to my wife saying that I'm going on a business trip.
After the reunion, I went back to the house where I was raised in.
I just felt that I had to go there.
When I arrived, my neighbor recognized me and told me my mother had passed away.
I didn't cry and not even one tear went down my face.
She had a letter she wanted me to read before she had died.

My dear son, I have been thinking of you the whole time. I so sorry for coming to your house and scaring your children. I was so happy when i heard that you were going for the reunion, but I was not able to get out of my bed to see you and I'm sorry that I was embarrassing you when you were young.

It seem kind of late to be posting it but who cares.

On christmas eve my Cellgroup went to Mickon house to celebrate christmas.
Banoffee Pie was the best thing throughout christmas.
You might be wondering what is it, so let me tell you now.
It is obviously a pie.
It starts with a biscuit base.
Then you add toffee over the base.
Following with bananas then chocolate then banana the chocolate then banana then chocolate then blah blah blah.
You should know what it is.
It just a awesome awesome Pie that you must try atleast once in your whole life.
It totally wrecked my life, now nothing can compare to Banoffee Pie.

On this christmas, I had a awesome time.
Beer for all.
I lasted the whole night talking and play card with friends.
went home around 7 and reached home at 8:30.
I didn't want to sleep but when I was lying on my bed i doze off for 3 hours without know I did it.
After I woke up I realize it was 11 plus plus.
I was meeting John at church but we were both late.
When i reach YT I met my mother then I headed for SP clubhouse.
I have pool, food and bowling.
I lasted till 12 then I fell asleep.
I spent 1 day and more then 12 hours without sleep.
It was the longest I had without sleep.

Thanks to Joey we did that yesterday.
The hotels Totally Wrecked my life forever!

Mandarin Oriental wrecked my whole life on how my house should be.
Just the toilet is amazing and it's enough to wreck you.
The place looks so nice!

Next up was Fullerton Hotel.
I say Mandarin Oriental was much much better.
Mandarin Oriental Hotel's toilets were better!
There were cotton butts for your ear, towels for your face/ hands, combs for your hair...
It's just not the same at Fullerton Hotel.
It's just plain big and got not much.
They didn't have cotton butts, towels, combs.
Nothing!
Just what a normal toilet will have.

Why I camp was awesome!
I was in games committee this year so I didn't play games but usher the game I was in.

I met new people like Joey, Yun Mei, Jolyne, Max, Benjamin, Karyn, Ken yap, Andrew and many other.

I made and receive encouragements card from people.
My encouragement card was the way different from people.
I wrote cards and made their names with wires all by myself!
Aww, how nice of me.
Most people that I gave to didn't know that it was me to give them their name made by wires.
Everyone liked the gift and were all amazed by it :D

The thing I remember most about the camp is the phrase 'What would you do to go deeper'
I have been thinking about it since I saw it.

When there was a time that you could have overreact but you did not.
Have you ever imagine what you could have done to the person.

This may sound to stupid but, there was one time that a particular person blocked me.
I overreacted by wanting to block all form of communication from the person.
I think that when I go out I do not want to go out with that person and if that person ever tags along, I will just use the excuse 'Busy, got thing to do'.

Isn't it stupid to to all this just to make yourself unhappy?
Just let it go the person might think that you are annoying, that's why they blocked you.

Heyy people, here's what i did this week.

On Monday, 3 crazy people went to watch soccer from 12am-4am.
Hahaha.
The best thing of that day is when predicting Arsenal will score an own goal and see them get thrash with a score of 3-0 from Chelsea.
Then right after the match, there was another match.
Barcelona vs Real Madrid.
It was quite a boring match just to Barcelona score one goal and the rest of the match just seeing them pass the ball trying to score.

Did nothing on Tuesday.

On Wednesday I can Konsider(hahaha) nothing much happened.
I just went at night to have games Konmittee meeting.

Nothing on Thursday.

Today I went out the whole day.
Finally!
I went to Sentosa.
I spent two weeks planning for this outing with my Cell Group.
Well, ok not two weeks.
most of the time i was not think about it.
Hahaha.
I want to think God for very very little rain.
I also want to thank Kelvin, Liyuan, MicKon, Rory, Corrinne, Ruth, Munho, James for going Sentosa.
I want to thank Estehr for meeting us up for dinner and Tiffany for making the effort for trying go but she had to go somewhere else but it was canceled but we left.

This week has been a tiring but fun week C:
3/5 of the time I was in Singapore Polytechnic attending some course on EEE.
I build many circuits and used up alot of wire to solder.
I will be showing what I ad made.(added this on 30OCt2009)

Today was especially tiring.
Yesterday I when to practice my lobbing in the field.
Then today, i went to play street soccer with my friends after my course.
I was the keeper as usual and I saved and let my opponent concede goals.

I had to dirty my white long pant in order to save and the both side of my pant were dirty.
Black and blue one.

I also injured myself in the process.
My skin tear and had cuts all over my legs but i was worth it.

I also got my IC.
It just a pink card with all my information on it, NO BIG DEAL.

She always look happy on the outside, but I never know how she is feeling on the inside.
She will try her best to help you.
She is the one I always irritates.
Sometimes going out with her is no fun.

Ok.
I got back my shitty results today.
What surprises me the most is that i almost pass my MT!

Here some background of me.
I have been failing my Chinese papers since Sec1.
I didn't know how to read many Chinese characters and my pronunciation of words sucks.
So I would be expecting to fail this subject.

But this term, I scored quite well for the paper.
For paper1 section1, I scored 6/20.
(not bad right, I usually score less than 5)
For paper1 section2, I scored 20/50.
For paper2, I scored 25.5/60.
This was what surprised me.

Here's the rest of my results.
English paper1 section1 20/30, section2 13/30 and paper2 43/80.
Science Chemistry 37/50 and Physics 39/50 (I maintain my A for science C: )
Humility Geography 15/50 and Social Studies 22/50.
D&T 33/61.
I still don't know my Maths and A-Maths.

I will be posting some pictures of my results tonight.

YOHOHOHOHOO.
Today was one of the most BORING lesson I ever had!

I went to Singapore Polytechnic Block T14.
Had some course on electronics.
I was RECKLESS and BORED!
That was worst than going to school.

Never mind that.
I also went there to play street soccer.
We played with tall, short, skilled, not so skilled, fast, not so fast people.
And after playing we were late for All the classes.
I was late from the beginning.

My class did soldering today.
I find it fun melting all the iron wire we were given.
You just have to put the wire against the soldering iron tip and it will melt automatically.
It take very fast to melt a 15cm iron wire.

Today was really my last paper.
WooHoo...
I'm free for now.
Hope I'm can promote, but I'm prepare to retain.

Today I did many things.
First, I went to some place to eat prawn 'nu-da' and baku teh.
Ate till quite full but still can eat MORE.
Then lot one to play card in the library, but got kick out.

Have been spent to whole afternoon try to figure out which fomation is the best to use is Fifa.
Up till now, I still have not get the best formation.
Arh...

Then at night I went to play ball till now.
Guest what!
You may think that something great has happened but you are wrong!
I got THRASH by pros.
We scored like 1-11.
WTH completely got owed!

We worn masks when we were out trying to make people accept us.
But even if you try to be someone else, you will never blend in.
Our identities will not allow us to be who we are not.
